Heart Breath: A Simple Yet Powerful Practice

Heart Breath is one of my simplest and most loved practices. It connects you to your partner in a way that deepens emotional intimacy and strengthens your bond. Here's how you can practice it:

Eye Gazing

  1. Sit Facing Your Partner: Find a comfortable, quiet place where you can sit facing each other without interruptions.

  2. Set a Timer: Set a timer for two minutes to guide your practice.

  3. Focus on Your Breathing: Gaze into each other’s eyes and begin to breathe in and out through your heart center (the very center of your chest).

  4. Visualize Connection: As you breathe, imagine your breath expanding and connecting your hearts, creating a shared energy between you.

  5. Allow Natural Flow: Don't force anything. Allow whatever emotions, sensations, or feelings that arise to flow naturally.

This practice is simple yet incredibly powerful. Sometimes it may feel playful, and at other times deeply emotional. Regardless of how it feels in the moment, it always softens barriers, fostering warmth and closeness between you and your partner.
