How well do you truly know yourself? It’s easy to go through life on autopilot, reacting to situations without pausing to reflect on what really drives us, what excites us, or what holds us back. Taking the time to ask yourself the right questions can unlock deep insights, helping you live a more intentional and fulfilling life.

Reflective Questions: Try to answer the following questions honestly—don’t rush. Take your time, and let your thoughts flow freely:
What excites me the most in life?
What brings me genuine happiness?
What fears or obstacles are currently holding me back?
When do I feel most at peace?
How do I react under stress, and what does that reveal about me?
What relationships or connections energise me, and which drain me?
If I had no limitations, what would I pursue right now?
What recurring patterns do I notice in my choices or behaviours?
How do I show love and care to myself and others?
What does my ideal life look like, and what steps can I take toward it?
Reflecting on Your Answers:
Now that you’ve answered, take a moment to reflect. Were your answers surface-level, or did they reveal deeper truths? Did you feel resistance in any area? This is where journaling comes in—it’s a powerful tool that helps you dig deeper, notice patterns, and track your growth over time.
By writing down your thoughts, feelings, and insights, you create a safe space to explore your inner world. Journaling is more than writing—it’s a journey of self-discovery and personal growth.
