It’s not about perfection. Even with awareness, we all go through cycles where life throws us off-kilter—kids, work, health, relationships, and unpredictable circumstances. But recognising that balance is a feeling that stems from consistent choices allows us to reclaim our power.


Rather than aiming to “balance” everything, aim to choose wisely—with your time, your energy, and your needs in mind.
