2. Water Ritual Water is cleansing and renewing. The next time you shower, place a hand on your heart and ask the flowing water to share what your heart needs. Or, when washing dishes, clasp your hands under the stream and reflect on what you need to hold onto right now.

3. Fire Ritual Fire can help you release and refocus. Light a candle and sit with the flame. Let it represent your intentions. Imagine letting go of what no longer serves you, and envision moving toward what you truly want. Blow out the flame when you feel ready.

4. Earth Ritual Feel your feet on the ground. Pause, stand or sit, and imagine roots growing from your feet deep into the earth. Sense your inner strength and the earth’s quiet support. This rooted feeling can stay with you wherever you go.

5. Aether Ritual — Honour Your Sense of Magic The ancients spoke of Aether — the element of mystery and magic. What do you hold sacred or magical? A garden, the moon, your faith, your creativity? Carry that sense of wonder with you when you do these rituals. It reminds you that small actions can bring real healing.
